Refund and Return Policy for Apna Banaras
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Apna Banaras. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make the process as easy as possible. Please read below for details on our refund policy.
Returns We accept returns on all products within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@apnabanaras.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item(s) and how to place a new order for the replacement item(s).
Defective or damaged items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of the item to request a refund or exchange. We may request photos or videos of the defective or damaged item to assist with our evaluation. If we determine that the item is defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund or exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
